The Fourth Step toward Riches

Hill says, there are two types of knowledge; general and specialized.

General knowledge is that taught by colleges and universities. It is not 
organized and usually has no plan of action.

I can relate to this. I took a Differential Equations course as a junior in 
college. It was a very easy course. I knew when I had applied the correct 
principles to the problem. Terms cancelled and the answer was very 
simple. I got an A in the course. A few years after college I became 
responsible for maintaining an 11 state Kalman Filter. This was a 
Differential Equation in it's simplifies form and I didn't recognize it 
for a while.

This is a good example of how institutions of higher learning may not 
have an organized plan for teaching real world skills.

Before we can convert our DESIRE to reality, we must have 
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE. This knowledge may be obtained in 
a couple significant ways:

1. We may have the ability to acquire it on our own, as Michael did.
2. We may acquire it from a master mind group, as us as members here are doing.

Specialized knowledge is one of the most plentiful and cheapest forms 
of education available. Once we settle on the kind we desire our next 
step is to find accurate information. HHHmmm! 

Does this sound familiar? This information may come in the form of:

1. Our own experiences and education.
2. A master mind group.
3. Higher institutions of learning.
4. Libraries.
5. Special courses.

Everyone here has settled on the kind of specialized knowledge they want, 
because 100% of the people who download Michael's ebook, believes in 
Network Marketing. Michael has spent most of his adult life learning and 
gaining accurate information, which he passes along to us. Some of us have 
also learned from college, libraries and special courses.

Most of the knowledge gained after downloading Michael's ebook is 
learned right here in the MFF master mind group from the 10 calls we 
have weekly. The more calls a person is on and participates in, the more 
specialized knowledge a person will gain. 

The result being a better chance of being able to convert their 3 reasons 
created in Chapter 2 of STS to reality.

Reasons Why Many People Fail At Small Business

Right now millions of people are throwing in the proverbial towel. They are closing up shop, giving up on their dreams of being independent, owning their own business and triumphing with ease. You may find yourself amidst the decision to close doors, and if that’s the case, you will join many. Why do so many fail, when this should be the dream? Does anyone actually make it? The answers are definitely worth exploring.

The Failure

First and foremost, the biggest issue that small businesses face today is in regards to their work ethic. Many do not put in enough time to work on the business, and this is not a measure of actually sitting at the shop or doing work. It’s before all of that, meaning the business plan. A properly designed, well thought out business plan doesn’t just list the potential profit for the future, it lists the failure ratio and how to overcome it. It’s a blueprint for running a business, and many don’t really take the time necessary to flesh it all out.

Secondly, the financial aspects of running a business are mired amidst wanting to succeed. Spending too much on a building, paying salaries, inventory, and much more can end up sinking a ship before it gets anywhere. Financial problems can start from day one, if there’s not a careful consideration to every single element that comprises the bigger picture of running a company.

The Success

There are those that are successful, and the reasons why is not always luck. The first major reason is simple, there’s a lot of planning. Months and months of carefully plotting a business plan before the doors open is the key. Spending a significant amount of time on a business plan will help engage the individual to create a plan of action for nearly every scenario, especially if one must take out a small business low to get started.

If you want to succeed, you’ll have to put a lot of effort into the planning stages. Not only that, make absolutely sure that you work out the finer details and stick to them. Create budgets, get an accountant, and work towards success incrementally. It’s easy to try to run through all the processes with just your expertise, but that’s not a good thing. Success takes time, and the more of it you spend planning and creating a blueprint, the more likely you are to join the successful people that have made it without closing the doors.

Coffee is a brewed drink with a distinct aroma and flavor, prepared from roasted coffee beans, the seeds found inside "berries" of the Coffea plant. Coffee plants are cultivated in over 70 countries, primarily in equatorial Latin America, Southeast Asia, India and Africa. The two most commonly grown are the highly regarded arabica, and the less sophisticated but stronger and more hardy robusta. The latter is resistant to the coffee leaf rust, Hemileia vastatrix, but has a more bitter taste. Once ripe, coffee beans are picked, processed, and dried. Green (unroasted) coffee beans are one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the world. Once traded, the beans are roasted to varying degrees, depending on the desired flavor, before being ground and brewed to create coffee.

Coffee helps us to think faster and more clearly, dispelling sleepiness and fatigue. Also, according to the researchers, a cup of coffee drunk daily help in reducing the risk of colon cancer, gallstones, cirrhosis, Parkinson’s disease, prevents asthma or diabetes.
Coffee is the most popular beverage in the world becauseof its effects on the body. Here are 10 interesting things that you should know about this energy drink:

1. World production of coffee is around 6.6 mln. Tons, the largest producer and exporter of coffee is Brazil, with approximately 1.9 million tons.

2. It is said that coffee beans were discovered by chance by a herd of goats.The pastor observed that his animals were more and more agitated after consuming the coffee beans.

3. Kopi Luwak is the most expensive coffee in the world (cost 82 euros).

4. Coffee is also used to keep hair and skin brilliance by applying a natural mask of coffee.

5. The coffee tree, in all seasons, is filled with green flowers and fruits, raw or cooked, their color going from green to yellow and then to light red and reddish-purple when mature.

6.  Coffee was first used for the incentive effect of the early Christian monasteries Ethiopia, for reducing fatigue during long religious ceremonies.

7. Coffe was first used for its benefits at the beginnings of Christianity, in monasteries from Ethiopia, in order to reduce fatigue during long religious ceremonies.

8. East African tribes were grinding raw coffee beans mixing with animal fat, thus obtaining a paste. Tribe warriors ate the paste to have more energy during battles.

9. Coffee reduces the body’s ability to absorb certain nutrients.

10. Long time ago Arabs made wine from coffee beans. For this reason it was originally called ‘Qahwah’ (which means ‘wine’ in Arabic). The drink was served during religious ceremony and was later considered a substitute for wine, there where alcohol was forbidden.

You Network Market All The Time

Have you ever recommend a store, restaurant, or a movie? IF you recommend a certain service or product to someone and they enjoy it and tell their friends congrats your a network marketer! The only difference between recommending a network marketing product and a regular every day product is that you don't get paid. Imagine getting paid for everything in your life you have recommended that someone tried and then recommended to their friends! Would you be in a different financial spot than you are today? 

Isn't Network Marketing a Scam or a Pyramid Scheme? 

The question I have often been faced with when discussing network marketing is that it is a pyramid scheme or a scam. I will agree if there is no physical product and income is solely based on recruitment then it is definitely a scam. A legitimate company with a physical product and the ability to acquire customers is not a scam or a pyramid scheme. So why do people believe it is? Numerous people may make the assertion that recruiting people and placing them under you makes your opportunity  is a scheme of some kind, The funny thing is if you look at a typical corporate structure you will find that the methodology of hiring people and having them advance in the company is very similar to network marketing. Companies usually have people in their HR department or a recruiting firm go and find people looking for a specific opportunity based on a resume or an expressed interest based on certain qualifications. If a certain person is hired they are usually brought in at the bottom of the company at a fixed income and taught a certain skill or set of skills to acquire that income. Eventually they learn more responsibilities and if possible become a supervisor. As a supervisor they train more people and keep moving up the corporate ladder. Think about it. In a network marketing company you create relationships with the right people looking for an opportunity and teach them to build their own team under your leadership which eventually makes them a leader. The only big difference is you cannot be fired from a networking marketing company and there is no income limit. I will say however it is advisable to have a job while building your team because it does require some capital to get started and maintain. That being said I have had and I still have a great time participating in network marketing. "
