Practicing Positive self affirmations

Hello everyone and welcome to another post... In this post i will be discussing the principles of changing sub-concious programming by discussing positive Self-Affirmations if you want to change negative thought patterns and habits and retune your inner spirit and belief systems then self affirmation is the ONLY way to re-program your mind.. So lets get started... I will give you a list of self affirmations that i use in various areas of my life to Re train my focus and cleanse negative energy and habits from my sub concious mind Ok?

1-Begin by saying to yourself "I am worth everything" Say this at least 30-100 times per day you can record
it to an audio format for later playback which is what i recommend so that you have it saved and can play it back anytime you want to


2-Another affirmation that i use is --"i can dream and achieve anything" Again this is a very powerful affirmation that over time will begin to reveal your ultimate potential inside of you.. you will begin to notice a huge transformation if you use this... but remember the key is to be persistent. You cant change your habits by saying it once or twice a day... It is key to remember that your mind is like the hard drive of a computer... you can reprogram it the same way you reprogram a hard drive... with commands... the difference is you have to FEEL the emotional connection with the affirmations you are repeating

3-This affirmation i use when i am struggling or having a bad day "I will not allow others to rent mental space in my mind"  This might seem trivial to start with... But i can assure you that if you think about what other people are doing or might think of you? you are wasting valuable mental space inside of your own mind.. why let other people into your head? it doesnt make any sense... Do not allow their negative crap to have any impact on you.. and if it does.. you say to yourself "NO!! i wont allow this to be placed into the memory of my mind"  "I am not a product for your puke"

4-The fourth affirmation i use is "i will persist and cease procrastination" Like anyone i do procrastinate from time to time... its easier than dealing with tasks at hand isnt it? but the truth is procrastination is dangerous and sucks the life force from our driving desires to accomplish what we want... believe me when i say repeating this one is Vital to you getting past whats holding you back!


5-The fifth affirmation i use is based on a relationship i am currently in... we have had some problems and i find myself bringing up past circumstances to make sure she is feeling better or whatever... but the problem with this is that it creates more problems... So this one is very important to me and if your in a relationship where your having problems just begin repeating the following and you will retrain yourself to stop doing it..
"i will stop bringing up negative topics with my girlfriend or boyfriend" whichever the case may be...


6- This affirmation is based upon what you intend to do with money you receive from the universe..and how much money you intend on having and why you need it... "I will have 50,000 dollars in my possession within the next 2-4 years i am going to use the money to help my mom, my girlfriend and myself" The key with this is to believe that the money is already on its way and that you will be giving once you receive it.

7- The seventh affirmation i use is based upon giving.. I use to be quite a selfish person but i find myself becoming more and more giving within my means of course.. because lets face it we cannot give to everyone... it just isnt possible and we arent meant to help everyone at our own expense.. And this one is as follows "i will be more giving..... I will enjoy giving" I will not react in a negative way when something is asked of me" of course thats another affirmation within reason...i am not suggesting that you help everyone...Only help those who are worthy of your time... and who want serious changes in their lives.. dont waste your time on pukey negative people who have no goals or vision.

8- This affirmation is based upon the hoponopono process... and if your not familiar with what that means then google it.. Basically what you are doing with this is re-connecting with divinity... because when you are at zero thats when you are at your most receptive state... being at zero puts you in Alignment with the divine.. and being in align with the divine will make you feel whole, tranquil and alive. and the affirmation is as follows
" i love you... im sorry.. please forgive me... thank you.

9- This affirmation is very important and repeating this one will again put you in a position of power and feeling of accomplishment --"i will persist and strive for excellence" " success is within my reach all i have to do is take it"  "2012 is the year of change"  "this is the year i change my life"  This is a very lengthy process as is anything when your trying to invoke changes inside of yourself.. remember... do not give up... no great accomplishment isnt met with adversity


10- This last affirmation is the most important of all at least to me --"i will be prosperous and Successful in every area of my life"  "i am shedding any negativity out of me here tonight"  "i am cleansing all of this negative energy and emotions here tonight"  Remember to repeat these affirmations at least 50-100 times per day or as much as you can.. this is very important because like i said what you are trying to do is re-program your mind for success and belief in achievement and possibility... Keep all negative people as far away from you as possible.. if you live in a situation where you are around negative people then try to have as little contact with them as you can!!! i welcome you all and wish you all the best!!
