"The importance of proper exercising"

Physical exercise strengthens your cardiovascular system and helps support your skeletomuscular
system. The two major systems that keep you in shape physically are put into action and driven to
health when you exercise. A good workout gets the blood pumping, moving throughout your body,
taking those nutrients where they need to go. A good workout gets your lungs working hard and
expanding their ability to take in and effectively use oxygen. Working out gets your heart pumping
hard and strengthening itself so that it can continue to beat strong and hard for many years to come.


. Let’s do the math: Have you ever considered that a heart that beats an average of 70 beats
per minute will beat 2,575,440,000 times in a 70-year life!? That is more than 2.5 billion times! You
need to keep it in working order to go that long! A good workout develops and maintains strong
muscles so they can carry your body around and remain a good support for the rest of your life! Can
you see how important it is, if you want to succeed and achieve a well-balanced life of health, to
give a priority to physical exercise? It is imperative we take good care of our body because that is
the only place we have to live.
2. Physical exercise raises your metabolism and helps keep your body more finely tuned. Combined
with the nutritional aspect we covered last week, these two keep your body, as a system, humming
along like the engine of an expensive sports car. Among other things, having a higher rate of
metabolism makes your body work more efficiently, burning fat in the proper way, and helps you
maintain proper weight. One of the most important areas of physical health is to have a properly
functioning metabolism, and a good workout routine can be a major contributing factor in getting
your metabolism in the right spot. If you don’t feel well, you probably won’t do well, so invest the
time in a good workout plan

.
3. Physical exercise relieves stress. You know as well as I do that going about our lives in this day
and age is stressful. There are so many factors that can cause stress for us, and the pressures
can build the more successful we become. As you achieve more, there is more responsibility. More
responsibility can produce more stress. Participating in a regular workout program helps release
stress. Your body actually produces stress-relieving chemicals designed to bring your body into a
state of physical-emotional balance. This is done when we get our bodies into a vigorous state of
physical exercise. So, if you want to have a little less stress in your life, exercise more—it helps!


4. Physical exercise helps you sleep better. Our bodies, while designed for action, are also designed
to sleep regularly. Often, because of other factors in our lives, many people today do not sleep as well
as they should. Foods we eat can interrupt our sleep. Stress can keep us from getting the sleep we
need,  but exercise can act as a counterbalance . Good, hearty workouts can and will help your body
reach a healthy state of exhaustion, which, in turn, helps you sleep better.


5. Physical exercise helps you feel better. People who are in a regular exercise program feel better
about themselves. Their bodies are healthier, and as they go about their day they have more energy
and are more alert. It makes sense, doesn’t it? When we treat our body right, we feel better. And
we feel better in all different kinds of ways: emotionally, spiritually, etc. Remember, all of the three of our bodies are affected by one another! therefore it is key to maintain a proper balance of all three of these areas!!


6.  Physical exercise helps us look better. Hey, who doesn’t want to look better? We all do! A good
exercise program can do that. Good vigorous exercise on a regular basis will help you lose fat,
tighten skin, and firm and tone your muscles. Done right, combined with good eating habits,
you will look great in no time! And let’s face it, looking good will help you feel better—there is an
emotional connection. Studies also show that better-looking people, as a general rule, do better
in business. As much as people say it isn’t right to judge a book by its cover, many people do, so
we should give ourselves a better chance at business by making our cover healthy and fit—and
better-looking. So make sure your outside is a good reflection of your inside.

7.  Physical exercise enables us to live longer. This, of course, is the best benefit. Obviously, there
are no guarantees in this life, but the fact remains that those who maintain a healthy state
of physical fitness live longer than those who do not take care of their bodies. We should all
have the goal to live long and healthy lives so we can achieve all we were meant to achieve
here, and give ourselves fully to our families and those who love us and depend on us. A good
long life, filled with love and success, is what we should all shoot for, and maintaining our physical bodies is an integral part of that! There you have them. The importance of good nutrition!!!

The importance of good nutrition is essential to us feeling and doing our best in life.. Just as a car needs proper maintaining so do our minds and bodies.. Proper nutrition plays a key role in how we feel from day to day... also in how well we sleep.. and how well our moods are regulated!! Take a look at the people in the world today we have an obesity epidemic that is Growing rapidly because of how fast paced our lives have become!! families RARELY take the time to eat at the dinner table and as a result the children of these families are suffering ill health and poor responsibility in exercising Good eating habits!! People have become to Accustomed to eating what is available RIGHT NOW... these foods contain LITTLE to no nutritional value and are high in fat and sugar content..


I NEVER myself eat fast food.. The only foods i eat out are Foods from real restaraunt establishments and i make sure to get vegetables ALWAYS!!!  I do not eat any red meat or pultry.. the only meat i consume is seafood.. ie: Shrimp, Tuna, etc.. it is vital that you do not eat to much red meat because the body has ALOT of difficulty digesting red meats.. also its very fatty and can contain deadly pathogens and Hormones from growth stimulation to make the cow or pig or even chickens bigger!!  Eating poorly will make you feel tired, anxious and irritable.. it also will contribute to irregular sleeping patterns and anxiety.. It can also lead to clinical depression!!! And no one wants to eat when they become depressed!! what a vicious cycle! Good nutrition leads to an overall well being and focused Attention on tasks and achievement! Any athlete will tell you that if they ate Poorly their performance would be SIGNIFICANTLY altered!!!  Start by making a list of the foods you eat and at the times you eat...


Consult with a Physician or Dietician
I would strongly encourage you to have a visit with someone who is an expert in the area of nutrition.
Sit down with your physician or dietician and go over your nutritional plan. You might say, “But
Jim, I am not overweight. I am in good shape.” I would encourage you to visit with your healthcare
professional anyway. Just because you aren’t overweight doesn’t mean you can’t improve your
nutrition, which will in turn improve your health.
Take in a Healthy Supply of Good, Nutritional Fuel
Unlike the vehicle we drive, our bodies can run well on a wide variety of foods. Could you imagine if
you had to eat the same kind of food every time you ate? That would get boring very fast! Fortunately,
we have plethora of foods that can fuel our bodies properly—all of the healthy choices of fruits,
vegetables, breads, grains, meats and dairy products that can help our bodies operate at maximum
efficiency. Be sure to eat a wide variety of foods and enjoy them

The importance of balancing emotional health

Hello everyone again i welcome to another one of my posts on personal development!! thank you for coming to my blog page.. Ok so this time i am going to elaborate a little bit more on the importance of Emotional health..

1-Do you find that you often over-react to certain things when you face a situation?
2-How have you been able to use your emotions in a productive manner?
3-Has there ever been a time when you have used your emotions in a negative context and did or
said something you wish you hadnt?
4-Do you give yourself enough attention to exercise your emotional responses properly?
5- How are you at exerting your will? do you make a choice to do something and then STICK to it?
how can you improve these areas of your life?
6-Remember emotions are the driving force in which we gauge the very experience of our lives..
If anyone ever tells you NOT to feel emotion just simply tell them that you are enlightened by your own emotions and that you have learned and grown from having experience them.

The important factor to remember also is to NOT become to emotional... just like being emotionless gets us nowhere Being to emotional also has the same effect... it is very important that you dont let your emotions overwhelm you and prevent you from seeing the whole picture. One must maintain a strict balance.. to keep ones emotions under control.. but if something moves you then be moved.. if something makes you joyous then embrace that joy for all of its worth. and the same is true for all the other emotions.. including anger and sadness as well... NEVER resist feeling something for it is your brains way of telling you what your experiencing and how to change it.. or celebrate its existence!!!


Take some time this week and evaluate and reflect on your emotional health.. the environment you live in and the people who are around you.. the people in your life will either hinder you or help you both emotionally and Spiritually. It is Ill advised to be around people who just want to blame you for things over and over again.. yes we as humans make mistakes And we learn from them, but if someone wants to continually Hold things over your head and wont let you live it down then the choice you have to make is "does this person really contribute to my overall well-being. or not"?? and these things must be thought out clearly and A choice must be made.. remember It is ultimately up to you to make your life what it was intended to be... Wonderful, joyous, prosperous and successful on ALL levels... and in ALL areas

leadership and Mentoring

Hello everyone out there again! this is chris peeters here with mentoring for free! i want to talk about being a leader.. Being a leader means learning, experience, Growing, and development. Making every attempt at Inspiring and teaching others to succeed and Lead by example. There is a path that i am on now which is calling for serious changes and reflection. I have to continue to grow and learn and become a better person.. a stronger person.. to inspire and change the future not only for myself.. but for everyone who comes into my life... and i want to feel the change within myself so i may pass that energy onto others.. to guide them and assist them in any area of their lives where they may be struggling. Whether its business... personal relationships..Even just needing someone to talk to after a stressful day... "Internal resetting"

hello again everyone... this is chris peeters wishing you all a fantastic day.. Well i have just recently found another chapter in my life seems to be at an end.. But i am remaining strong no matter what... the matters at hand were particularily painful but I made some mistakes that ulitmately made this event unfold before me.. So the lessons i have learned in this chapter of my life are as follows...
1--Always be honest with the person of whom you choose to say you love.
2--True love is always only in loving someone else... not putting your own needs and desires first.
3--Do things for the other person no matter how small they are.. it is the essence of the gesture that speaks volumes in someones day.
4--Be there to listen to them always... never act like you dont care... or that what they have to say isnt important.
5--Tell them each time you think of them... always... Make the difference in the day... That is how you love someone.

I havent been in love for 6 years now... and apparently this person im with now has decided that our relationship might be over...It has been painful for the past few days... not something any of us want to go through im sure.. I wanted to share this with all of you because i know im not the only one that might be going through something like this at this particular moment in this concious time period called Life..Personal growth and development is a journey... and like any journey there will always be something that tells you to quit or just give up.. and it is human nature to Do so because of the way we have been programmed. If we can rise above this and truly learn what we are made up of both inside and out.. then we have truly great potential to make anything happen in our concious experiences..

Spiritual health and physical health

Spirituality is important because it encompassess all of your being.. aligning yourself with the internal gifts of what consists of your essence is important. If you allow yourself to be Influenced by negative pukey people then your spiritual life suffers.. It is vital to our success for us to recognize what is within us and how we react to things that come into our perceptions. Stop and take a look around each day at the splendor of life.. the splendor of the trees and the grass.. how beautiful life really is..We have to learn to resist the negative crap that society and the media tries to feed into our minds... your mind is like your body... your body is like the engine of a car.. you have to maintain the balance of proper nutrition, proper sleep and proper mindsets... the mind and the body are SO closely connected that when one hurts the other one does too... this tells us that in order to truly spiritually prosper we must monitor what we feed ourselves... in every way.. who we surround ourselves with.. and what we allow into our experiences.. Therefore it is vital that you get rid of negative people.. and negative news.. Whether we know it or not we are affected by these things and they shape our perceptions on life and the people in which we decide to come into contact with. It is only up to us to truly make a difference in the lives of millions.. One cannot do it alone... we all need each other whether we will ever admit or not... THE TRUTH will always prevail.
