the sixth sense and creativity

hello out there, im back with another blog post. Tonight i am going to talk about the sixth sense that we all have but some of us have not become aware of or they have lost belief in it and its power. Do you know that feeling you get when you just act on something? You dont think about whether or not you should right? you just DO IT with no hesitation and you know its going to work the way you want to. This is what im referring to.  This Is your connection with the divine, also known as reaching 0, divinity whatever you call it, Its not important.. what is important is Learning how to harness this power that we all have inside of us all.. Its the universe Trying to communicate with us through infinite intellegence, Its reminding us "hey it is possible to have whatever you want" and it comes in various forms at various times.

The reason People call it "luck" is because they have limited themselves with self limiting beliefs and negative programming.. This is something deep in your subconcious mind that needs to be addressed and corrected, and the way to start cleaning your subconcious is First by establishing the 13 principles that are outlined in Napoleon hills "think and grow rich" This book explains the very essence of how our thoughts and emotions are formed, it explains the importance of Faith, desire, auto-suggestion, Persistence, decision and more.. I have been taking part in a personal development program called the 30 day mental cleanse and my beliefs are changing, i am learning to NEVER doubt anything and i am reprogramming my subconcious to Progress more and more towards divinity! the feeling of KNOWING rather than just thinking about whats possible, and there is a HUGE difference between Knowing and thinking its possible!!

The creative imagination is Very important and Stimulating it is how we can develop the powers of faith, desire, belief, Persistence, decision, and many more principles!! i will post some helpful links so you can get more information on these principles and to download the book think and grow rich.

The 8 pillars for success!!

hello everyone! chris here with another blog post, tonight i would like to discuss the 8 pillars for success in finding an MLM company that will inspire you and everyone you bring into your business and your life.

it is important that you first understand that network marketing is about relationships and developing a bond with your people, If you are all about yourself, money, ego, and treating them like numbers? i can promise you that you have NO future in this business!! People are people NOT a number, they have goals and desires! they are mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers of people who love them. Every successful online business is driven by relating to others and helping them get to where they want to go in life, its just that simple.. And it is just as crucial that you know WHY you want to do this business, Why you want to help people and that you find a company that will benefit EVERYONE equally!

I will now go on to discuss the 8 pillars and the importance of each one

1-company management with integrity, experience and honesty!! this is very important, because if the company doesnt have the integrity to be honest with you about its policies and procedures, then they arent worth your time, If a company doesnt VALUE you and your teams efforts? then it will only get worse, Some companies are allowed to steal your cheques in order to pay their own overhead! some of them will be able to terminate you without any notice!! be careful and always read the policies and procedures

2- Timing in the company, timing in the industry. This pillar is important as well. Timing is everything because if a company is launched at a time when there is no demand for its products then it will fail within the first 3 years of operation and also if the company doesnt have the demand for its products or meet the expectations of its target market then it can be sure to fail

3-product line: Of course it is important that your company has a product that people want and will KEEP wanting years and years down the line. I am with a health and wellness company that has been around for over 40 years! i highly recommend being in the health and wellness field personally!

4- Compensation plan that pays the part time person!!! ABSOLUTLEY essential, No one has the time to be a full time networker! people work, have families, soccer practice for the kids, Workout routines, time with the spouse etc etc etc, People are BUSY! and a compensation plan that will pay the part time distributors is so important! true value and equality are a must in any compensation plan!

5-Duplicatable business opportunity and system that keeps on duplicating when you quit.
Another important pillar! what you do in network marketing MUST be duplicatable for all of your team members! it has to be easy to learn and FUN to do! if you expect your people to work you have to be able to coach and mentor them with a proven duplicatable system! and that will keep building even if you ever decide to quit!

6- distributor first, company second is pillar number 6! No company would be a success without its distributors, So why would you ever join a company that places itself over its team of people who built it from the ground up? the sad reality is that alot of companies operate like this and the distributors are constantly being ripped off and scammed!! Dont let it happen to you..

7- 100 year business plan, long term vision- well this one should be pretty obvious! you want a company, with products and honesty that will stand the test of time, Like i stated the company im with has been around for over 40 years, Obviously they have a long term vision and business plan. This is the kind of company you want to be searching for when your looking to join one!

8-   core values.- does the company stand for something? are they giving back?? this one is very important as well, but with that said every pillar is important! does the company stand for something of real value outside of money or its products? do they give back to the communities that they are a part of? do they care about the wellness of everyone involved or even outside of what they are involved with? Do they care about you and your people? This is essential as well!!

I hope this helps everyone who has been kind enough to come to my blog and read my content! thank you!

the brain-a broadcasting and recieving station for thoughts

the brain is a marvel of creation, in itself the brain was created in order to connect all living things to the ONE cosmic force of this universe, Everything in our awareness is a result of creation, that creation is driven by thoughts!! it makes sense to me as an individual that if i am to become a true leader and to inspire other people then i must monitor and control my thoughts very carefully and be cautious of what i am indeed feeding my subconcious mind!!

If  i am allowing poisonous toxic thoughts to reach my subconcious on a consistent basis wouldnt it be true then that my people who are in this wonderful existence with me be victim of those same thoughts as well.. through my actions and reactions to those emotions associated through those thoughts i would be infecting other peoples minds and lives by my what i am projecting, I have come so far in the last year and i am beginning to see the importance of the mastermind group in the 30 day mental cleanse and how we all benefit one another! and how it is essential for us as leaders to always be listening with our hearts and Minds to our followers and only allow true believers of these principles to be in our lives!!! for these are the people who will help US in mentoring for free change the world and truly inspire and show people HOW to truly become More in order to earn more and DO more!!! thank you!!

The importance of respect when living with other people

hello everyone!! chris peeters here, Tonight i would like to talk about the importance of respect when you have roomates!!! I live with 3 of my close friends in a 4 bedroom house, we all share responsibilities around the house, chores etc etc.  One of my roomates is zak He is 21 years of age and is from hamiota manitoba, he grew up in this town and was raised by his grandparents, zak has always had an intense interest in body modification and has over 30 piercings! zak became a professional body piercer around 6 months ago and is now working in a tattoo shop living his dream!!! zak and i are close because we share alot of the same beliefs and values!

My 2nd roomate is david parks.  David and i have been friends for about 14 years now, we went to high school together and we became friends right around the time of a mutual downward spiral we both happened to be on around the same time period.  I was very defiant and using drugs alot during high school and dave was always defiant as well but his defiance was in the field of learning computers and programming and he neglected alot of his regular schoolwork to persue his passion of learning computers and everything he could about how they worked, Programming languages, hardware, software and so on and so forth.
Me and dave became close around 10 years ago and to this day are best of friends and i value him very much, i confide in him and he confides in me and we can always be honest with one another even though sometimes it results in debates or arguments, we always say we are sorry and there is never any grudges against the other person!

my 3rd roomate is a guy by the name of kyle borsch.. I met kyle around 3 years ago during a time of isolation and depression in my life.. i was dating a young woman at the time by the name of fallon and a friend of hers named kali introduced me and kyle, We got along quite well as we shared alot of the same ideas about music, philosophy, and a general overall nihilistic attitude about humanity. Kyle moved away to alberta to work as a truck driver but that didnt quite work out so he began working at WAL-MART as a night manager and ended up doing quite well at this job, during the winter of 2010 his grandmother whom he had been very close passed away and he decided to move back to brandon and stayed with a couple of friends for a brief period, he then became homeless and i decided i would take him in and help him.

Kyle has always been fond of alcohol and when i met him he drank almost everyday but it never bothered me that much. Kyle lived on our couch for about 10 months before he was able to find a job driving taxi, when a room became available kyle moved into a bedroom. Kyle had always been respectul about people being asleep and kept his noise to a minimum. But around 4 months after he got the bedroom he began being loud and obnoxious! he would keep me awake by playing loud music and often have guests over at 2 am!  I became increasingly angry about this situation because my job requires me to up at 6 am!!

This went on for about 2 months and then dave threatened to evict kyle so then kyle got his act together and settled down... here we are around 9 months later and BOOM we are right back where we started only this time the situation has gotten worse! Kyle has became violent with me and attacked me 2 weeks ago because his then girlfriend was behaving like a complete psycho and disrespecting EVERYONE in the house hold so i threw her out of our house and i was attacked by kyle

David has decided that it is time for kyle to vacate and he has until december 31st to find accomidations! i think i speak for everyone when i say that MUTUAL respect of one another is not only important but ESSENTIAL to maintaining a friendship and a calm environment for roomates!!!

The Personality colors of people

People fall asleep when you say "phlegmatic, sanguine, melancholy and
choleric". But they understand colors. And you can easily learn to color your way to the top Lets first start by explaining the 4 colors of people

The Yellow personality ---Yellows make up 35% of the population. They are nurses, schoolteachers, UN
workers … the nurturers. They give from the heart. They don't have time for
themselves, because they give to everybody.
Yellows have built some of the largest organizations in network marketing--WHEN they have the belief they can do it.

How to sponsor a  yellow person??? To color your way to the top, you need to learn to be a chameleon.
Yellows don't want to be sold. They don't like pushy, aggressive salespeople.
When you talk with a Yellow, become a Yellow. Slow the pace. Contain your excitement.
Lower the volume. Yellows see excitement as hype, you trying to sell
them. Don’t tell a Yellow about making $10,000 a month, because they’ll turn right off!!!

Instead, visit with them. Skip the business. Talk about their family, their kids,
their vacation.
Yellows cannot work in stair step breakaway-type compensation plans. They
have to be in a plan where you can put people under people and people under
people. They’re best in any kind of “infinity” plan that pays them to work deep,
deep, deep.

They’ll never be happy in a unilevel or a stair step breakaway plan where you
put 5 people on your front line, until you hit a certain volume amount, then you put another 5 people on your front line, etc.

MLM industry stats show the average network marketer only ever sponsors 2.7
people.
So if your Yellow sponsors 3 people ... if they have to go 5 wide, then they
haven't done anything. But at 2 wide, then they can put 1 of their 3 underneath
somebody.
And other average people can sponsor 3.
Now you've got some spillover. And then here and there you get a serious business-
builder who sponsors 8 or 10 people a month, and you get more spillover.
When more people work together, you get more synergy. So THAT compensation
plan works great with the Yellows.

The Blue Personality 15% of the population ---BLUE’s “just wanna have fun.” They're 15% of the population. They're always in  a sales business of some kind.
They jump from program to program to program,
looking for fun. These are the planet’s most creative people.
A Blue sees the big picture instantly. They don't need or want all the details.
Blues can eat an elephant, but not at one meal.

How to sponsor a blue??? They're same as the Yellows as far as the comp plan. In the same comp plan,
they can go deep, to create massive spillover and a lot of stuff happening quickly
for them. That gets them excited, and they’ll stay in the business.
With a Blue, talk excited, get excited. Talk about going scuba diving, sky diving,
having fun, fun, fun. That's what they want. "Hey, when you meet me at the airport,
I'll be wearing a Hawaiian shirt. You'll know me. I'll have a big, funny hat
on." That's what they want to talk about.
They’ll talk about vacations & family, but most of all they want to talk about fun things to do!

The Green personality 35% of the population

They're the analytical people. They analyze it
to death. They've missed millions of dollars in opportunities because they analyzed
it too long.
Greens can take Blue's idea to the next level. They work well in any type of
complicated compensation plan. They like to figure out the Super Star Space
Commander bonus that's paid out on the 3rd, 9th, & 12th levels, every other full
moon.

How to sponsor a green ?
Greens believe they're the smartest people on the planet. With a Green ... in 2-3
minutes, you'll know you have a Green. They want ALL the details.
You are NOT going to sell them. Don’t even try. They have to sell themselves.
They'll go to the web site, they'll listen to the conference call. Then they'll go to
the next website and the next link. If you have 27 links on your website, they'll
go to every one. They'll read all the testimonials, all the articles, etc.
Enunciate all your words correctly for a Green. Don't speak too fast. Don't speak
too slow. Be upfront. Give them all the information. Answer all their questions.
Give them more websites to go to.

If you call in the meantime to answer questions, they'll be abrupt. They see that
as you being pushy. Let Greens analyze the information at THEIR pace.
In a week or 2 or 3, they’ll call back for more information or ready to start.
They’ve sold themselves; decided this is the perfect business.
Greens want to feed a Blue the elephant in one meal. And that's the way the
Green will build the business.

Reds-15% of the population They want to talk about the money, the money, the money.
Reds do well in a stair step breakaway compensation plan, because they think
network marketing is a sales business. For them, it's sell, sell, sell. In a stair
step plan, they can put 5 people on their front line. If only one produces, they
never go back and put somebody underneath them. They're just looking for producers,
somebody who will build, build, build.
The Red knows that once that first productive person in the first group of 5 hits
$50,001 volume, they'll then break away. And the Red's override drops from
15% to 5%, because the other 10% goes to the person who built it.
That's fine for the Red, because they understand their job is to find another Red
and keep getting those 5% retentions. For them, it's a sales business.
Reds are the corporate CEOs, the "get-the-job-done" people, the ones
everyone in network marketing is looking for.
But it's a fallacy. Reds are just 15% of the population, and they are absolutely
not coachable. They have the biggest egos. They order people around. It works
in corporate America, but not in network marketing.
When a Red demands that people get on conference calls, he drives his people
away.
On the other hand, Reds are well-connected. You want to sponsor Reds because
they’ll put you in contact with powerful people. They know business owners,
governors, leaders, etc.
So target Reds. But don't dare think you're going to coach them or mentor them
or tell them what to do, because it's NOT going to happen.
Let them do it themselves. You really have no choice, anyway.
But network marketing is NOT a sales business.
It's a teaching and mentoring business.
That’s what I learned early from Tom "Big Al" Schreiter.
When you find people massively successful in a stair step breakaway type comp
plan, they are the Reds, the salespeople. But with that type plan, retention is retentions.
It works

Let them do it themselves. You really have no choice, anyway.
But network marketing is NOT a sales business it is a teaching and mentoring business
and the faster you learn this the faster you will begin to see the bigger picture about what it takes to
build a successful business that makes your people feel connected and important to you!!! Without them? you have NOTHING, remember that!!!!
