My personal lesson plan for Chapter 9 of think and grow rich "persistence"

Chapter 9 -Persistence- The 8th Step Towards riches.

This week i had some Trials i was facing, Over the weekend i found out that certain things at my Job may be changing and I wasnt sure if i was going to sustain my employment, Was i going to keep my job? Over the past couple of weeks i have been talking with more people, And alot of these people are customers on my Courier routes. I know i already have a great rapport with these people so I would ask them "Hey im just curious but do you have any health challenges?"  they would respond accordingly and make a Decision and we go from there of course.  Tom big al schrieter teaches us  We are not in the health and wellness industry, The insurance Sales industry  Or Whatever niche your in when it comes to network marketing We are in the business of Solving problems and getting people to make a decision When it comes to those problems.  Because of my Persistence i have now accquired to more customers and im also getting a new distributor to join me in my business.

Now, because i was facing potentially Losing my Courier routes at the time before i knew for sure what was happening which i later would come to find out that there were no problems and i still had my primary job! WOW what a relief! i was so happy and thanked the universe for Responding and taking care of me.. i did however go to Robins donuts/241 pizza which i had applied at for a job a few months earlier and I told them that i was still seeking employment! I walked in the door and told them this and BANG i start this other job on saturday @ 4pm! So if i had procrastinated on WAITING to see if i still had my original job i would not have Known for sure if i had an alternate source of income If i needed it, NOW i have 3 sources of income!  I will only be working at 241 pizza part time however, But because of my persistence in going in there each day to get robins coffee and speaking with the people that work there daily i created a Favorable Rapport with the staff that work there! And now i am more relieved than i was 2 weeks ago! PERSISTENCE PAYS OFF.. DONT PROCRASTINATE!!! make your decisions Promptly and Swiftly and the universe will respond!!! How do you find leaders for your business?

You sit at the big company convention. Leader after leader speaks and all you can think is, "Where can I find some prospective leaders who look like the leaders on stage?"

A great way to get appointments with prospects. 

While in Europe, I got many great ideas from networkers. They were eager to share what was working for them. 

One man shared this: 

"To get appointments with prospects, I tell my distributors to say this: 

'You will want to listen to this guy -- he has an unbelievable story.' 

What happens if the prospect is not interested or does not believe the sponsor's story? 

The distributor can say: 

'See, I told you that you wouldn't believe it!'"  

It is easy to get appointments if you know exactly what to say and exactly what to do.

Everyone loves a good story that can change viewpoints. 

The most popular recruiting story in the book, "How To Prospect, Sell and Build Your Network Marketing Business With Stories"...? 

"The good news and bad news" story about working one hour overtime. Why? 

In network marketing we do the work and build the business before the payoff. Unless ordinary jobholders understand this, they will expect to be paid for their current effort. This is why they quit so readily. 

They think, "If I had a job, and worked for one month, and then they didn't pay me, well, I would quit and get a new job." This job thinking sabotages their business. They don't know how to think in terms of a time investment first, and then a payoff later.

Talk? How do i do it correctly and how Do i show my Prospect that i care?

We all love to talk, talk, and talk more about our business opportunity and products, but the problem for new distributors is that they don't have anyone to talk to!

Once the new distributor talks to all of his family and friends, then the problem of who to talk to becomes serious. Distributors say:

"Where do I find good prospects?"

"Where can I find people who will listen to me?"

"How do I get strangers interested?"

So they go out and try to talk to strangers, and because they are untrained, because they say the wrong words ... they get rejected. Then what? If you dont know your persons Personality type and How to talk to them in a way that they understand then Its vital that you learn how to talk to that person and relate to them in A way that they understand

After experiencing rejection after rejection, the distributor feels bad. Your distributor has common sense. Your distributor figures out that the only way to stop the rejection and pain is to stop talking to people. And then the distributor becomes inactive.

The upline then thinks, "How do I motivate my downline? How do I get them to duplicate?"

The upline is asking the wrong question. The distributor is not unmotivated. The distributor stopped saying words that didn't work, but has no new words to substitute. So this isn't a motivation problem, it is a training problem. My personal lesson plan for Chapter VI of think and Grow rich ~Imagination~

Chapter VI -Imagination- the fifth step towards riches, The creative imagination is Where all of my ideas of prosperity and Humility come forth and i envision myself In a high sense of understanding and i Feel a strong connection with this mastermind group, Each of us is indeed connected to each others thoughts through the ether of Infinite intelligence... We then draw upon each others ideas and Strategy's through connecting on our live training calls each and every week!  I know that my journey has only begun, and with 3 years into this wonderful group of people i am proud of who i am becoming and i feel Genuine gratitude for everyone here because you are like family to me.

I use my creative imagination when i do my self talk, and also when i get ebook downloads, And when i speak and connect with people i use my creative imagination to open myself to really feeling and listening to people. I  learn more about them and i FEEL them...their words and emotions are translated to me through their imaginations as well because their emotions and thoughts are picked up from the ether and i then am able to empathize with them and understand them... It is so vital that we use our imaginations constantly because if we neglect them we will then stagnate and growth cannot continue!!!  i would like to thank each and everyone of you!!!

Chapter V- Specialized knowledge, the fourth step towards riches... The essence of specializing in knowledge is so that we may help everyone that raises their hands to us and says "Hey im tired of living a life that someone else is trying to carve out for me" Those are the people who also want to specialize in Knowing and learning to be the leader that can change and impact lives all around the world.

 For myself its been a Everchanging process of Learning, Doing, Planning, Reviewing, And Adjusting, It involves what we always stress here in this mastermind group and that is "LISTENING" and "SELF TALK" , Another key element that i have learned is the importance of having NO AGENDA at all... The only agenda which we should have is the One to share the ebook, training and personal development and fellowship of this perfect alliance of harmony and Love here in this wonderful mentoring for free group!!!  

I must strive hard, Push hard and encourage and Empower others to take action, and Know in myself and trust in the universe that This Specialized knowledge that i Gain with mentoring for free Will Nourish me and Help me to nourish and Inspire other people to Grow, Push, Prosper and Take the plunge into the Person that were supposed to be! My personal lesson Plan for Chapter IV of think and grow rich --Autosuggestion--

As i continue to Listen to this book, my senses and internal dialogue just continues to grow and move forward, Hill states in this chapter the importance of our 6 definite practical steps for developing the Money conciousness.... this chapter ties Right in with Chapter 2 desire and with Chapter 3 Faith.  We must Craft our perfect self talk in order to Influence the sub concious mind, However the sub concious will NOT pick up on instructions that are being given to it, if we do not mix our Suggestion with FEELING, Our self talk Must be Emotionalized and Repeated over and over again throughout our day.. 

If we can Program ourselves Daily with Repetitious instructions then it must be Made Clear to ourselves that We then may be able to protect our sub concious minds from damaging and negative potential outcomes, therefore feeding the mind Nutritious Thoughts of a positive nature is Just as Vital as it is to feed our Bodies Good nutritious foods.   How many times do we hear Micheal Dlouhy mention "SELF TALK" he always asks us "How many times a day are you saying your self talk guys"?  "anyone can say their self talk 500 times a day"  He is right... How else can we expect to develop a success conciousness of prosperity that will never recognize failure and in turn will actually induce Our belief system to tune into the Essence of "Temporary defeat"  No stopping 3 feet short of gold! Build the mindset you want and the world around you will change... my personal lesson plan for chapter VI of think and Grow Rich --Organized Planning-

Wow, What can i say about this chapter... I Feel like its Micheal Dlouhy reading it all over again... Pretty much everything this chapter covers is all about leadership, and Having your plans of action organized! I have Printed out a daily schedule for myself Reminding me what I do each day.. And i apply different tasks to each day... I have made plans to go out and join the gym as well so that i can Form connections and new relationships with people who want to be healthy.. Thus I can then bring up some products that i use that help me each and every day With my health

Napoleon Hill also discusses the qualities and essentials of Having a mastermind group.. Because One cannot accumulate a great fortune without the co-operation of other minds and people... True leadership requires being able to take action and responsibility for yourself and your followers.. However it is not up to us as mentors to diaper and babysit our people ... Once someone joins us in our vision and dream, It is up to them to Do what the leader instructs them to do.

 We can plant the seeds, But it is up to the recipient to carry out the Tasks and Instructions that we give them. There is never an alliby for a leader when it comes to Permitting failure and excuses! We must have WHATEVER IT TAKES to make it in this vision and goal that we have! A winner never quits.. and a quitter never wins... this universe will only award those who truly Never believe in failure, mediocrity and scarcity... For these things are always TRANSIENT in nature.  Reality is always temporary and through personal development and Staying close to the fire we can Surmount everything if we are True leaders!!!!
