curing panic and anxiety part II

hello everyone out there Im back with another post, tonight id like to talk some more about curing your anxiety and panic attacks.. As i explained in the previous post Anxiety and panic attacks are formed through habits and obsessing over anxiety provoking situations. It is vital that you realize that
anxiety disorder is neither a physical nor mental illness at all it is a behavioral condition

The word disorder suggests illness, but I can assure you that you are not ill.

 Anxiety is a natural response to fear and, like other bodily systems that can falter, causing things like indigestion, palpitations or sensitive eyes for example, the anxiety response can become disrupted too.

But, this isn't mental or physical illness... it's a temporary disruption which can be 'reset' very quickly indeed.

Anxiety disorder is the condition caused when stress or constant anxiety provoking situations cause the mind to become reset at a higher than normal benchmark anxiety level. Anxiety disorder is most noticeable by the vast range of unpleasant sensations and thoughts it creates.

Creation of an anxiety disorder can happen quickly and is usually the result of an event such as work stress, bereavement, divorce or other anxiety-provoking situations.

When anxiety levels become raised due to such stressors, the mind can make a decision to re-set at this new level of anxiety; when this happens an anxiety disorder is formed.

Anxiety causes a wide range of both physical and psychological symptoms, all directly caused by the anxiety reaction, all harmless, BUT they all feel much worse than they actually are!

They are the sensation of the emotion of FEAR... BUT, they are NOT true fear!


There are five main 'anxiety disorders', these are:
Generalized anxiety disorder
Panic disorder
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Phobia
Post traumatic stress disorder




John Broadus Watson was a noted American Psychologist who established the Psychological School of Behaviorism. Watson believed showed how he could take twelve healthy children and by creating behavioral changes, could 'design' people to be however he wanted them to become.

Watson showed that even deep seated emotions such as fear could be conditioned using his behavioral techniques. He used a small child of 11 months called 'Little Albert' and conditioned him to be frightened of random objects such as a rabbit, a dog and (incredibly) some wool! Watson showed these objects to little Albert and at the same time, made a very loud noise.

The experiment was an enormous success as Little Albert became conditioned to respond with fear when presented with the chosen objects alone. Watson had conditioned anxiety and this caused shockwaves amongst the psychological fraternity which believed that the fear response was something pre-programmed into humans and couldn't be changed. The pioneer of this belief was world famous psychologist Sigmund Freud.

As unethical as this experiment was using a small child as an experiment (which is incredible), it showed, without doubt, that fear responses could be increased by fear conditioning and that anxiety disorders can be created and eliminated given the correct treatment.

This theory is the foundation to The Linden Method which proves 100% that Watson's theory and his conclusive experiment with Little Albert are correct and that in the same way as anxiety can become programmed into someone, it can also be de-programed and the way to de program it is through BEHAVIORAL conditioning! Learning an insturment, a martial arts program, Learning to fly a plane, Etc.. in my personal experience with my own anxiety I realized that my salvation layed in playing the drums! When i began learning drums i almost immediatley felt a reduction in my anxiety levels, and when combined with the martial arts program it was becoming alot less frequent, Now dont get me wrong the condition did take a few years to reverse.. but it took years to manifest itself as well... Remember it is NOT real and these in-appropriate fear responses are NOT going to harm you and they can be cured 100%.. the key is to remain persistent like with any other habit.. you will become anxiety free.. how to cure your anxiety permanently

Hello this is chris peeters and welcome to another one of my blog posts.. tonight id like to talk about anxiety disorders and how they manifest themselves.. Anxiety is born out of an over-reaction to a certain situation or fear inducing experience in which the person ruminates about the experience over and over and over again and develops a catastrophic habitual simuli that forms new neural pathways in the brain that trigger the amygdala inside the sub-concious mind.. over time the habit of constant anxiety rewires the amygdala to become stuck in the "on" position which creates all of the fear, and anxious thoughts and feelings that lead to destructive thinking patterns and obsessive thoughts of harm or that the person is mentally ill and somatizes these feelings by habit.. Fortunatley curing anxiety is exactly the same as manifesting it..

1- You have to IGNORE the anxiety and realize that the sensations cannot and will not cause you any
physical or mental harm..

2-It is important that you know that you are NOT mentally or physically ill..You have a BEHAVIORAL condition that was formed through HABIT.. therefore it is Not permanent and will not hurt you in anyway

3-Come off of your medications... speak to your doctor and tell him or her that you arent willing to allow a condition to dictate the rest of youre life and Take control..


4- It is critical that you stop talking about it or Searching for answers on the internet...this only continues the anxious habits... the more you focus on it.. the more it will keep perpetuating itself.. it is vital that you learn
that this was all created by you and your mind... which should indicate to you that YOU CAN take control of it and stop it once and for all!!!

5--throw yourself into something youve never done before and Keep doing it.. It is vital that you learn NEW non anxious behaviors!!! this means that you have to Recondition your subconcious mind with the same Learning behavior that caused your anxiety in the first place!!! Meaning the more new things you learn through operant conditioning Will replace your anxiety habit with new non anxious habits....

the importance of listening as a leader

Hello to you all out there.. chris peeters here with another blog post and tonight id like to talk about the importance of Listening to others.. It is key as a leader to listen to people and trust what they have to say Because it is vital that we listen to their imput as an objective  form of knowledge! It is only through listening to others that Leaders become inspirational to people.

Think of it this way, If youre so called "leader" is ego-centric and only focused on HIMSELF, then he is truly not a leader this is only blind ignorance. Ego is NOT part of being a great leader. The leader Always listens to his followers and Values their opinions and imput and takes knowledge from his followers. Remember that without imput and without your people giving you feedback How can you know if you are making a difference in their lives???

Being a leader means helping others succeed and assuming the responsibility of gathering knowledge and specializing in organized planning and organizing of the mastermind group... Youre mastermind group needs to consist of 6 or more people with common goals and beliefs. The more in tune you are with youre people the more Respect you earn from them. They become comfortable in telling you their faults and weaknesses, thus allowing you to reveal youres as well in an earnest fashion without fear or criticism or being condemned.

This respect and trust from youre followers will INSPIRE them to go out and become leaders as well. It is also vital that you remember to Learn to accept Blame from youre followers as well if they arent successful because they are expecting you to have the answers to their questions! But they will learn over time that it is NOT youre fault as a leader that they arent successful again this is part of the whole learning process of them becoming leaders themselves.

Blaming others is a natural reaction to negative situations and things that happen in our lives  It is much easier for us to blame someone else than to accept responsibility for our own despair. With that being said it is even more important for us to come together and all help each other succeed!  I hope this blog post is informative and helps you all gain some enlightenment and remember we are all on the journey together!! thank you

treating your spouse with love and honor

good evening to you all, tonight i feel like i should touch on the gratitude i feel for having an important female in my life that i cherish and honor .. Her name is nicole and she is 26 years old with one daughter..She has been there for me for over 2 years now and when i didnt have a car or a licence she helped me with my courier job Seflessley and without any expectations.. she is kind and gentle to me and honors me in everyway.. She never plays headgames or Demands anything of me, Yes she has expectations but who doesnt?

I think as time goes on people learn more and more about one another and they begin to feel like they Can show some expectations of the other person.. but all within reason of course.. I find that i am happier and feel more fulfilled than i would without a partner.. You see people in this day and age Do not do enough to appreciate the opposite sex... They treat them like pleasure vessels and nothing else. It is not fair for people to take something like Love and sex for granted.. Whether people admit it or not Sex is intended for spiritual transcendence.. NOT just for pleasure.. It is a way for us to BOND and become closer and more connected. I honor my girlfriend and her love and sex.  I am proud of being honorable and having principles of Monogamy and i believe in being with the same person forever... The knowledge of someone LOVING you enough to want to wake up and see you every day? love you everyday? have sex with you everyday? it is AMAZING and one of the best feelings a person can experience.. I wish you all well and i hope that you find true love one day as i have! thank you

the importance of Decisions and Persistence

hello and welcome to my blog, i trust that you have come to this blog with a definite interest in what i decide to write about. Tonight i would like to elaborate on the importance of decision and definiteness of purpose.

I Have found myself to be quite focused these days On my goals of prosperity and abundance and i have Become more giving, receptive and genuine in my undertakings. I have chosen to make the decision to inspire others through education, Commitment and Selflessness, I have no agenda and no ego, This decision was made over a course of experiences that i had been through previously to my newfound state of mind and overall self worth, I began to understand that the universe Only grants abundance to those who earnestly seek to help others become successful it is through this principle that great leaders and fortunes are attained.

You cannot get that which you do not give back in return, this law is as old as life itself.. Take a look around you the next time you go outside Look at the trees, the grass, the animals, the air that fills your lungs and the sun that shines down upon you... Look at the rain that nature creates in order to keep Nature hydrated so that it may properly grow and expand itself.. We live in one singularity of conciousness and nature is concious of itself and was formed out of Desire, Belief, selflessness and Deffinite plans of action through Continuous persistence. No Great leader has ever uttered the words "I QUIT" ... It is of no value to you or anyone involved with you to be a quitter!!! you only fail when you stop striving and persisting towards what it is you truly want.


It is also important to understand that the state of current affairs exists because of AGENDA , GREED and EGO!!! if people would look within themselves they would realize that we all should be working side by side on equal levels of value and worthiness No 2 people are alike But we all require the same basic needs to live!!! No Decent person believes that it is "ALL ABOUT ME" These kinds of people will for sure be doomed to failure because they are DEFYING the natural laws of life and sharing.. everything relies on something else in order to grow and prosper!!! it is about time that we as humans start caring about MORE than just ourselves, Profits and self gratification!!!
